Here's how to ask a Help Me question.
1. Click “Help Me” at the top of the page.
On the mobile, press the menu (≡) at the top right of the screen -> “Help Me” to open the Help Me page.
Click the “Ask a Question” button at the right of the “Help Me” page to go to the “Ask a Question” page.
2. Write the question you want to ask.
Write the question after choosing its category. More members can easily find the question if hashtags are used.
3. Use Bunkers to get quality answers.
Use your Bunkers to receive accurate and professional answers. This provides strong motivation for the community to provide excellent answers.
4. Click “Upload” to upload your question.
After writing your question, click the “Upload” button below. Uploaded questions can be viewed at: My Page -> My Questions.
5. Choose an answer you like.
The chosen answers are distinguished between Best Answer and Good Answer.
Best Answer will be your favorite chosen answer, while you can additionally choose another quality answer as a Good Answer.
